Get access in four steps.
Use the same Whop account and the same Discord account the whole way through. That is the part most people mess up.
Step 02 Required
Link the Discord account you actually use
Inside Whop, connect the Discord account you want your roles on. Do not link one Discord account and join the server on another.
Step 03 Required
Join the PokeFinder Discord server
Join with the exact same Discord account you linked to Whop. That keeps the membership sync clean.
Step 04 Required
Claim your access in Whop
Go back to your PokeFinder page in Whop and open the membership. If Discord is linked and you joined the server, claiming access is what syncs the role.
Important
Use the same accounts the whole way through.
Most access issues come from mixing accounts: paying with one Whop login, linking a different Discord account, then joining the server on a third. Pick one Whop account and one Discord account and stay consistent.

Common setup blockers.
I joined Discord but can't see the alert channels.
Go back to your PokeFinder membership in Whop and claim access. That is what usually triggers the role assignment. Give Discord a few seconds, then refresh.
I linked the wrong Discord account.
Disconnect the wrong Discord account in Whop, reconnect the correct one, then claim access again so the roles are reassigned.

You may be signed into the wrong Whop account or email. Check the email on the purchase receipt and make sure that is the account you are using.
